How To Report A Correction
If you believe we have published a factual error, please email hello@bigprintworld.com with:
- the page title or URL
- the specific statement you believe is incorrect
- the correction you are suggesting
- any supporting source, screenshot, or evidence that helps verify the issue
Clear, specific messages are much easier to review than general disagreement.
What Counts As A Correction
A correction usually involves a factual issue, such as:
- incorrect pricing or feature information
- inaccurate product details
- broken or outdated policy descriptions
- misidentified materials, formats, or options
- incorrect company information
- a statement that no longer reflects the current offering
Not every disagreement is a correction. Differences in opinion, ranking decisions, or editorial judgment are not automatically factual errors. That said, we welcome evidence-based feedback and may revisit a page when new information changes the picture.
How We Handle Updates
When we confirm a meaningful factual error, we correct it. Minor grammar or clarity edits may be made without a formal note. More substantive changes, especially those that affect a recommendation, score, or ranking, may be reflected in the page’s updated date or in a visible note on the page.
We also review pages periodically to keep them current as companies, pricing, product lines, and policies change.
Company Responses
If you represent a company we covered and believe a factual point is incorrect or out of date, you are welcome to contact us. We are open to reviewing specific evidence and updating pages when warranted.
However, we do not remove accurate criticism simply because a company dislikes it, and we do not change rankings in exchange for advertising, affiliate participation, or commercial pressure.
